Comet Press has just released VILE THINGS, an anthology of
extreme horror tales. This collection is for those of you with
strong stomachs and strong hearts. Cheryl Mullenax did a great
job editing this one, gathering a diverse selection of writers.
From Ramsey Campbell to Randy Chandler, there's something
here for everyone who likes their horror with a bloody edge. It
includes my story, "Maggots," which tells the unpleasant tale of
a Napoleonic soldier and his degeneration into ghoulism during
the Grand Armee's bitter retreat from Russia in the winter of
1812-13.

SKIN MEDICINE has finally been reprinted. Severed Press
has re-issued it with a new cover and I'm pretty excited to
see it in print again. The original edition from Hellbound
Books sold out pretty quickly and when it was gone, it was
gone. I get a lot of emails from people wanting to know
where they can get a copy. There was a time when I sent
my own contributor copies out free of charge, but I had to
stop that when my own stock got down to three copies.
